Comfort is my number 1 priority so we replaced ALL standard beds in the townhouse with more comfortable pillow-top mattresses. New carpeting was installed on main floor and stairs on January 15, xxxx. New bedding has also been purchased for all beds. Our property is maintained and managed by Save Property Management.

EXCLUDES holiday weeks.
2. A cleaning fee of $84 is applied to all reservations.
3. Guests are subject to a resort fee of $11.95/per night(plus tax). This fee is based per townhouse rented, NOT per person.
